The building is a 4-story steel-structured design with the following functions: Ground floor: Meeting room, Second and third floors: Office spaces and Top floor: A large multipurpose open hall designed for various activities such as exhibitions, large meetings, or certain sports activities.

The front of the building features an extended cantilever design, allowing convenient parking underneath. The third floor’s structure is specifically designed to support the second floor slab while also bearing the load of the fourth floor.

Stair:
The northern side of the building, which houses the main staircase, is designed to be as slender as possible by using folded steel plates, creating a lightweight and airy appearance. This design allows for ample natural light and provides clear views of the surrounding context, making it a standout feature of the office building. Additionally, the staircase on the second floor has been designed with an oversized landing, creating a versatile space for informal activities such as casual lectures or film screenings.

The project is divided into two phases. Phase 2, to be constructed later, will consist of a 3-story residential building. A central garden and swimming pool will serve as connecting elements between the residential area and the office building.
