Boonsong Osot is the old medicine company in Thailand know for apply Thai Herb to modern medicine. The owner needs a new office & warehouse in Nonthaburi province near Bangkok. The architect intends to apply the wisdom of traditional Thai house to the modern office design, similar to the owner that apply the knowledge of Thai herbs to modern medicine.

บุญส่งโอสถ เป็นบริษัทผลิตยาจากสมุนไพรไทยที่มีชื่อเสียง ต้องการสร้างสำนักงานแห่งใหม่และโกดังเก็บของที่จังหวัดนนทบุรี  ผู้ออกแบบมีความตั่งใจที่จะนำองค์ความรู้ของสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทยเดิมมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานออกแบบอาคารสำนักงานสมัยใหม่เช่นเดียวกับที่บุญส่งโอสถนำความรู้ด้านสมุนไพรไทยมาใช้กับยาแผนปัจจุบัน

Site: Chalayy House is located along the coastline of Phetchaburi Province, not far from Bangkok. The site enjoys direct beachfront access at the front, while a unique feature of the property is a natural water curve that flows into a canal along one side. This creates expansive, scenic views and enhances the sense of tranquility and privacy.The owner envisioned a vacation home designed for relaxation and social gatherings, with dedicated spaces for swimming and golf practice as part of family activities. In addition, the residence also includes an indoor swimming pool.

Site: Chalayy house ตั้งอยู่ริมทะเล จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลนักจากกรุงเทพฯ ที่ตั้งของอาคาร นอกจากด้านหน้ามีชายหาดติดทะเลแล้ว สิ่งที่เป็นความพิเศษของที่ดินผืนนี้คือยังมีส่วนที่เป็นโค้งน้ำไหลเข้ามายังคลองด้านข้างที่ดิน ทำให้มีมุมมองกว้างและสวยงาม และมีความสงบเป็นส่วนตัว เจ้าของต้องการสร้าง บ้านพักตากอากาศ ซึ่งมีการใช้งานเพื่อการพักผ่อน สังสรรค์ และพื้นที่สำหรับการว่ายน้ำและซ้อมกอล์ฟ เป็นพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมของครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ยังมีพื้นที่สำหรับสระวายน้ำในร่มอีกด้วย

Program: The building not only includes typical residential spaces such as a living room, dining area, pantry, bedrooms, parking, and service areas, but also features facilities suited for a vacation home. These include a basement spa, a first-floor guest bedroom, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a golf simulator, and a rooftop terrace with a putting green, among others. The bedrooms and the living-dining area are designed with large balconies that serve as transitional spaces connecting the indoor and outdoor zones, while also enhancing a closer experience with the seaside natural surroundings.

Program: ตัวอาคารนอกจากมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยสำหรับบ้านทั่วไป เช่น ห้องนั่งเล่น รับประทานอาหาร PANTRY ห้องนอน ที่จอดรถและส่วนบริการแล้ว ยังมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยสำหรับบ้านพักตากอากาศ เช่นส่วนสปาชั้นใต้ดิน, ห้องนอนแขกชั้น1, OUTDOOR & INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, GOLF SIMULATOR, ROOF TOP TERRACE & PUTT GOLF AREA เป็นต้น โดยห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่นรับประทานอาหารจะมีระเบียงขนาดใหญ่เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่กลางเชื่อมต่อระหว่าง INDOOR ZONE และ OUTDOOR ZONE และเพื่อให้ได้ใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติริมทะเลมากขึ้น

Mass: The main building is designed to run parallel to the shoreline, allowing the primary rooms to fully capture the sea view. On the first floor, there is a guest bedroom, living room, and dining area, all connected to a terrace and a swimming pool. The pool is elevated to enhance privacy and to create a seamless visual connection between the infinity pool and the ocean beyond. On the second floor, all four bedrooms are positioned to maximize sea views. Each bedroom extends out to a private terrace, which not only connects the interior spaces with the outdoor environment but also serves as an overhang that provides shade and rain protection for the living and dining areas below.

Mass: มีการออกแบบให้ตัวอาคารหลักขนานไปกับแนวชายหาด เพื่อให้ห้องหลักๆของบ้านได้ TAKE VIEW ทะเลเต็มที่   ชั้น1 เป็นห้องนอนแขก ห้องนั่งเล่น รับประทานอาหาร ต่อเนื่องกับ TERRACE และสระว่ายน้ำซึ่งมีการยกระดับขึ้นมาเพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวและเพื่อให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องของมุมมองของน้ำ INFINITE POOL เชื่อมต่อกับน้ำในทะเล ชั้น2 วางห้องนอนทั้ง 4 ห้อง ให้สามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลได้เต็มที่ โดยยื่น TERRACE ของห้องนอนทุกห้องเพื่อเชื่อมต่อกับบรรยากาศภายนอกและยังเป็นชายคากันแดดกันฝนสำหรับห้องนั่งเล่น รับประทานอาหารด้านล่างอีกด้วย

Court: The building is designed as a courtyard with a central garden, serving as a visual focal point that enhances the home’s greenery and tranquil atmosphere. It also provides a connection to the indoor swimming pool located at the back. On the first floor, after parking, residents are welcomed by a multi-level landscaped garden within the courtyard. This creates a transitional experience before entering the main house, helps separate the service areas, and allows natural light to reach various parts of the interior.

Court:  อาคารถูกออกแบบให้เป็น COURT ที่มีสวนกลางบ้าย เพื่อเป็นจุดพักสายตา เพิ่มบรรยากาศร่มรื่นให้กับบ้าน และเชื่อมต่อจากไปยัง INDOOR SWIMMING POOL ที่อยู่ด้านหลังอีกด้วย ส่วนชั้น1 เมื่อจอดรถแล้วจะเจอสวนเล่นระดับ บริเวณ COURT สร้างบรรยากาศก่อนเดินขึ้นไปยังตัวบ้าน และเพื่อกั้นส่วนบริการ และยังเป็นการเพิ่มแสงสว่างให้หลายๆพื้นที่ในบ้านอีกด้วย

Panoramic View: This house is not only located along a beachfront, but it also has a unique feature that sets it apart from typical seaside properties, which usually offer views only toward the front. The site benefits from a curve of water flowing into a canal along the side, creating a wider and more striking panoramic view. The design therefore allows all main rooms to take full advantage of this corner view, including the living room, dining area, first floor guest bedroom, swimming pool, and terrace. On the second floor, the four bedrooms are arranged in a staggered layout to maximize the panoramic views to their fullest extent.

Panoramic View: บ้านหลังนี้นอกจากอยู่ติดทะเลริมชายหาดแล้ว สิ่งที่พิเศษแตกต่างจากที่ดินที่ติดทะเลทั่วไปที่มีวิวเฉพาะด้านหน้า คือที่ผืนนี้ยังมีโค้งน้ำไหลเข้ามายังคลองด้านข้าง ทำให้เกิด PANORAMIC VIEW  มีมุมมองที่กว้างขึ้นและสวยงามมาก ผู้ออกแบบจึงต้องการให้ทุกห้องหลักสามารถชมวิวที่กว้างบริเวณหัวมุมนี้ได้ ทั้งห้องนั่งเล่น รับประทานอาหารและห้องนอนแขกชั้น1 SWIMMING POOL TERRACE ส่วนชั้น2 ส่วนห้องนอนทั้ง 4 ห้อง ได้ออกแบบให้มีความลดหลั่นกันเพื่อให้เกิดมุมมอง PANORAMIC VIEW อย่างเต็มที่
