AT SAIMA KARKET is a commercial project which owner not only tries to build a good commercial space but also good environment for the community.  Architect try to create green space as much as possible by put a 4 story commercial building  close to the main road and use the other area to create garden for user and people around the site to relax and have an outdoor activities.  The green area is also connected green space from back of the site to the public area on the front.

โครงการ AT SAIMA KARKET เป็นโครงการพาณิชยกรรม ที่เจ้าของโครงการมุ่งเน้นการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี ให้กับสังคมโดยรอบ สถาปนิกได้ออกแบบโครงการให้มีที่ว่างให้มากที่สุดโดยให้อาคารส่วนพาณิชยกรรม 4 ชั้น  อยู่ทางด้านหน้าและ ใช้พื้นที่ด้านในเพื่อสร้างสวนขนาดใหญ่เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้อาคารและผู้อยู่อาศัยโดยรอบสามารถเดินเล่น และทำกิจกรรมต่างๆได้ นอกจากนี้สถาปนิกได้ทำการยกอาคารด้านหน้าส่วนชั้น 2 ถึงชั้น 4 สูงขึ้น เพื่อเชื่อมต่อพื้นที่สีเขียวจากสวนภายในสู่ถนนสาธารณะภายนอก
