The site is approximately 5,943 sq.m. there is an existing building in the site which is a construction material warehouse. The new 967 sq.m. building is located in font of the existing building. The new building separate in two massing, the front building, construction material shop is facing main road for easy access to public and the house is further back for the owner privacy. The designer want to separate house from the messy context by creating a wall wrap around house and shop to separate new house from the rest of the site.
